Cancellation policy

Should the student decide not to attend the course, she/he must notify Passepartout at least two weeks before the start of the course to receive a partial refund (50% of the bank transfer). No refund is issued after the above deadline.

In the case of a student visa it is not possible, to cancel or change the date of the course for which a student visa has been issued. If the visa isn’t issued, Passepartout will refund the amount of the course less the application and courier fees.

In the case of one-on-one and Skype lessons, students must give Passepartout 24 hours notice to change the lesson time or you will forfait the lesson.

As each course follows a set format, it is not possible to take make up classes for time missed throughout the course.

Cancellation of the course

The school reserves the right to cancel any course that does not reach the minimum number of students.
