HOW TO ENROL

To enrol in our Italian language courses please follow these steps:

  1. Complete and sign the application form.
  2. Send a € 200,00 deposit to Passepartout by bank transfer:

  3. Send the application form and the receipt of payment to Passepartout at least 3 weeks before the course.
  4. Upon receipt of the above documents, Passepartout will send you a confirmation of your enrolment.

Balance

Cancellation

Should the student decide not to attend the course, she/he must notify the school at least two weeks before the start of the course to receive a partial refund (50% of the bank transfer). No refund is issued after the above deadline. It is not possible to change or cancel the date of a course based on the student VISA issue date.

VISA

Students should contact the Italian Embassy in their country directly in order to obtain a VISA. Passepartout can issue a certificate of registration after receiving a payment confirmation for the total amount of the course.

Cancellation of the course

The school reserves the right to cancel any course that does not reach the minimum number of students.
