ITALIAN 101 COURSES IN MILAN
Italian 101 courses are designed for those students who want to attend courses with the same characteristics of University level courses in their own country.
Course Description:
Designed for students who have had no previous instruction in Italian Language or Culture and want to communicate and comprehend in Italian in simple everyday situations. Classes are maximum 6 persons to allow students to progress and meet their goals. Our method is based on a communicative approach enabling students to communicate in Italian from the very first class.
Evaluation & Grading System
At the end of the course a certificate of attendance is issued. The evaluation is calculated as follows.
15% Attendance
10% Homework
10% Quizzes
20% Middle term exam
15% Composition
10% Oral interview
20% Final Performance
A = 100-93; A- = 92-90; B+ = 89-87; B = 86-83; B- = 82-80
C+= 79-77; C-= 76-73; C- = 72-70
Credits
Approval to transfer credit must be obtained from the academic advisor before the student's enrolment.
