Italian distance learning

Passepartout has started live Italian language courses online, with the aim of providing an experience much the same as having lessons in person (classroom). We have developed course outlines and learning techniques specific to online synchronous teaching.

All on line courses, either group or individual, are provided through an on line platform optimized for teaching and learning.

While attending live on line sessions students can:
– have audio and video contact with their teachers and mates
– interact with their teacher
– in group sessions (with max 8 students), interact with each other to perform tasks and assignments, in pairs or small groups
– share a variety of material, such as images, videos, audios and texts
– share a board for drawing and writing

Every live online course with Passepartout involves:

• An initial test, both written and oral.
  After enrolment we email the student a test to be completed and sent back to the school for assessment.
  This is followed up by an oral test, online on the platform
• Use of a textbook.
  We send to the student through DHL after enrolment.
  We send you the textbooks and any other didactic materials we use for your level in our school in Milan.
• On line live sessions.
  A variety of options:
  – individual or group calsses of max 8 students
  – every day or two times per week sessions
  – short or long term courses
• A final exam and a certificate.
  Students are required to take a final exam, both written and oral, in the end of the course.
  After the test, according to the result, the school can issue a diploma stating the skills and the level reached by students.

After the final exam, Passepartout will issue a certificate stating the level achieved by the student.
