MARZIA

I’ve been teaching Italian since 1992, first as a volunteer and then as a professional.
Besides DITALS, I graduated in cognitive science, in order to deeply understand the mechanisms of learning. Teaching Italian to foreigners is the center of my interests.

ROBERTO

I started teaching Italian as a foreign language in 1992 as a volunteer, a couple of years after my degree in Modern Literature and Mass Media in Milan.
In 1996 Marzia and I founded Passepartout and since then we have been teaching and working on paper and digital publishing about Italian as a foreign language.

GIUDITTA

I started teaching Italian for foreigners as a volunteer while I was still at university. In 2015, after completing the Promoitals Master, at the University of Milan, this became my profession. To me, teaching to foreign students is like traveling the world, and I really enjoy it!

INGRID

My name is Ingrid and I have always had a flair for teaching. I like to find ideas to make students have fun and get involved learning Italian.

MARIA

After graduating in Chinese language and culture, I decided to dedicate myself to the study of teaching Italian to foreigners. In 2013 I got Ditals certification, the theoretical and practical qualification in the field of Teaching Italian to Foreigners, so then I move to China where I taught Italian language and culture to Chinese university students.
I arrived in Milan in 2014 and during my master’s studies in Linguistic Mediation I continued to teach mainly first to Sinophone students and later to multilingual classes. I truly love working with adult students from all over the world and I love this job because It is full of surprises: each student is different from the other and that’s why each lesson will never be like the previous one. My goal is ensuring that each student will be given the teaching method that best suits his/her own needs and his/her own way of learning. The students do not know that they are the ones who first enrich my store of knowledge with their remarks, their stories and their experiences.

MONICA

I have a master’s degree in Modern Philology and a specialization in promoting and teaching the Italian language and culture. I’ve been teaching for 7 years, and I’ve been here at Passepartout since February 2023. I love my work because it allows me to get in touch with people of different languages and cultures. It’s a unique way for me to keep growing and enriching myself!

CHIARA

I’m the person who brings order to the school! I take care of documents, registrations and much more.
